Vision of Future from early 1950’s

Futurists, designers, well actually just about everyone on the planet, wonders at some time what the future holds for mankind. In the 1950s and 60s the lightening-quick advances in technology was getting everyone excited. This tech-fever was fueled by the arrival of the space age, but the increasing popularity of nuclear energy, as well as more accessible and affordable gadgets in the home and workplace played a part in making technology the poster-child of the post-Second World War period.
